Greetings in the name of St. Thomas Aquinas!


The Political Science Forum (TPSF), the organization of the Faculty of Arts and Letters Political Science Majors and currently the sole
Political Science organization of the Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, in its commitment to strengthening its relation with other
institutions through different community development activities would like to conduct a book drive in order to build a more functional
library at Cecilio Apostol Elementary School.

With this, we wish to inform your good office that TPSF will be having a project entitled Box of Knowledge from August 24 to 28, 2015.
Boxes will be provided on the respective classrooms of Pol Sci sections.

We hope that you uphold the advocacy of this project. Thank you very much!

THE POLITICAL SCIENCE FORUM

PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT TITLE
Box of Knowledge

II. PROJECT THEME


This project is a book drive for the benefit of Cecilio Apostol Elementary School library.

III. PROPONENT
The proponent of this project is The Political Science Forum from the Faculty of Arts and Letters, headed by its President Neil
Kirby L. Ada with the Community Development Committtee, headed by Mindy Roiza A. Planillo as the Committee in-charge.

IV. RATIONALE
The Political Science Forum of the Faculty of Arts and Letters, in its commitment to strengthening its relation with other
institutions through different community development activities, would like to conduct a book drive in order to build a more
functional library at Cecilio Apostol Elementary School. HABADABANGO

V. OBJECTIVES

The following are the goals of this proposed project:


The project seeks to make Political Science students more responsive and proactive to the needs of other people.
To be able to help in building a more functional library for the library of Cecilio Apostol Elementary School.

To be able to provide more learning materials for the students and teachers of Cecilio Apostol Elementary School.

VI. PROJECT DESCRIPTION


Box of Knowledge is a book drive project for the benefit of the school library of Juan Luna Elementary School. The TPSF
Community Development Committee will provide boxes in each Pol Sci class where the students can bring various textbooks and other
relevant reading materials.

VII. DURATION
The collection of the books from each class will be on August 24 to 28, 2015.

VIII. TARGET BENEFICIARIES


The target beneficiaries of this project will be school library of Cecilio Apostol Elementary School.

IX. PROPOSED BUDGET


Attached is the budget proposal for the project.

X. PROJECT MONITORING & EVALUATION


The activity shall be evaluated by the participants through evaluation sheets to be provided by the organizers after the event.
The evaluation of the event shall be discussed with the organizers in order to know the strong and weak points of the event.
Furthermore, the evaluation shall serve as a guide for future events of the forum.
