Props
The main prop for each fashion spread is a skateboard, this is needed for the main
message and theme of skateboarding.

Equipment
DSLR Camera A DSLR camera is needed to conduct the photoshoot and get the best
possible photos, with crisp focus and no blur on the images.

Schedule
Conducting of Photoshoot 12:00, 10th of February
Conducting the editing of spreads 12:00, 12th of February

Contingency Plans
I also have a back-up model prepared if my main model opts out of the photoshoot,
this will hopefully mean that I can still achieve the desired photos.

Legal
Trespass Law - Trespass is defined by the act of knowingly entering another person's
property without permission. Such action is held to infringe upon a property owner's
legal right to enjoy the benefits of ownership.
Application: This applies to my fashion spreads because I must either take the images
in a public place or have permission for a private location. The only issue with my
photoshoot is for cover 3 at Ramp 1 where I must pay to enter.
Intellectual Property - These are the rights given to people over the ideas of their
minds. This will give the creator a right over the use for their idea for a certain period
of time.
Application: This applies to my fashion spreads because all of the content will be my
ideas and my work.
Copyright - The current act is the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The law
gives the creators of literary, dramatic, musical, artistic works, sound recordings,
broadcasts, films and typographical arrangement of published editions, rights to
control the ways in which their material may be used.
Application: For example, all of the text including the stand first will be my ideas and
thought of by me, this also applies to the images in the sense that they will be taken
by me and no one else.
Obscenity - Obscenity is a legal term that applies to anything offensive to morals and
is often equated with the term pornography. Pornography, however, is a more limited
term, which refers to the erotic content of books, magazines, films, and recordings.
Obscenity includes pornography and Nudity.
Application: This applies to the fashion spreads because the model must not be doing
anything offensive, e.g. middle finger to the camera as this may cause offense.

Ethical
In media products, the following groups must be represented fairly: Age, Gender,
Sexuality, Ethnicities, Religion.
Age In the fashion spread, age must be shown fairly and there will be no content
which will be offensive to the people of different ages to the target audience.
Application: I must not include content which unethically represents different ages.
Gender In the fashion spread, gender will be represented fairly, however the main
and only model will be male, there will be no other content which offends either genre
or even show any biased views.
Application: I will not use any content which unfairly represents different genders.
Sexuality there will be no content which will offend anyone of any sexuality as this
will be offensive and may lead to a negative impact coming from the fashion spreads.
Application: I will not unethically represent any sexuality in my fashion spreads.
Religion there will be no mention of religion as this is a very sensitive issue in society
and therefore the audience could be easily offended.
Application: I will not offend the audience by including any reference to religion.
Ethnicities There will be no content which could be deemed offensive against any
ethnic background as this would be very offensive and verge on racism.
Application: Every ethnicity must be represented fairly and I will abide this.
