Moran Insurance has added to its personal and business insurance lines with the acquisition of an
agency located in Duval County, Florida.

Jacksonville, FL, March 31, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Moran Insurance is pleased to announce the acquisition
of Ameriway Insurance of Duval County, www.ameriwayinsurance.com, based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ameriway Insurance, located in Jacksonville specializes in personal and business insurance lines. The
agency has been offering insurance solutions in Duval county for over a decade with a focus on a variety
of Florida insurance programs.

The newest deal rounds out the product offerings for Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida based Moran Insurance,

Maitland and Vero Beach, Florida. Ameriway Insurance was brought on as a strategic acquisition. The
existing sales and customer team will stay in place, but will be enhanced with additional products to offer

This is just the latest expansion for Moran Insurance, which has been growing significantly in Florida

The newest deal boosts the Moran Insurance staff to 18. "We are excited to implement our customer
