    A majority logic is a digital circuit whose output is equal to logic 1 if the majority inputs are 1s.

    The output is 0 otherwise. Design and test a three-input majority circuit using NAND gates with
    a minimum number of ICs.

    By inspection we can see that the majority inputs and just the inverse of a NAND gate with a 3
    input .
