INSTRUCTIONS
1. Theexaminationwillbeconductedonline.YouwillberequiredtoenterLoginIDandPasswordtoentertheOnLineexamsite.
PleaseensurethatyourNameandotherdetailswhichwillsubsequentlyappearonthescreenarecorrect.
2. You are required to bring this call letter along with photo affixed thereon and currently valid photo identity proof in
originalandphotocopyofthephotoidentityproof.Pleasenotethatyournameasappearingonthecallletter(provided
by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof.
Femalecandidateswhohavechangedfirst/last/middlenamepostmarriagemusttakespecialnoteofthis.Ifthereisany
mismatchbetweenthenameindicatedintheCallLetterandPhotoIdentityProofyouwillnotbeallowedtoappearfor
theexam.
3. AhandoutgivinginformationaboutthetypeofexaminationisavailableonthewebsiteoftheCentralWarehousingCorporation
viz.www.cewacor.nic.in&www.cwcjobs.com.Pleasedownloadthehandoutandstudyitcarefully.
4. Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respective space provided on the callletter in the
presenceoftheinvigilator.
5. Biometricdata(thumbimpressionandphotograph)willbecapturedattheexaminationvenue.Withregardstothesame,please
notethefollowing:
(a) If fingers are coated (stamped ink/mehndi/coloured...etc), ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is completely
removedbeforetheexamday.
(b) Iffingersaredirtyordusty,ensuretowashthemanddrythembeforethefingerprint(biometric)iscaptured.
(c) Ensurefingersofbothhandsaredry.Iffingersaremoist,wipeeachfingertodrythem.
(d) Iftheprimaryfinger(thumb)tobecapturedisinjured/damaged,immediatelynotifytheconcernedauthorityinthetestcentre.
Insuchcasesimpressionofotherfingers,toesetc.maybecaptured.

6. Youmustbringaballpointpenwithyou.
7. You are called for the online examination without verifying your personal details viz age, qualification etc. with your
certificates.Beforeappearingfortheonlineexamination,youmustensurethatyoufulfilltheeligibilitycriteriastipulatedbythe
Organizationinallrespects.
8. Your responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong
answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been
sharedandscoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,yourcandidaturemaybecancelledand/ortheresultwithheld.
9. Youmustreportattheexaminationvenue30minutesbeforethetimeasprintedonthiscallletter.Candidatesarriving
latewillnotbepermittedtoappearfortheonlineexamination.
10. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phones etc. is not permitted in this examination.
Candidatesareadvisedintheirowninterestnottobringanyofthebanneditemstothevenueoftheexamination,asarrangement
fortheirsafekeepingcannotbeassured.CWCoranyagencyengagedwithconductoftheonlineexaminationshallnottakeany
responsibilityforlossofanyoftheitems.Responsibilityofsafekeepingofthesameshallrestwiththecandidatesatcostorno

Bluetooth,Earphones,Microphone,Pager,HealthBandetc,OtheritemslikeGoggles,Handbags,Hairpin,Hairband,Belt,Cap,
etc,Anywatch/WristWatch,Camera,etc,Anymetallicitem,Anyeatableitemopenedorpacked,waterbottleetc,Anyotheritem
whichcouldbeusedforunfairmeansforhidingcommunicationdeviceslikecamera,bluetoothdevicesetc.Anyinfringementof
theseinstructionsshallentailcancellationofcandidatureanddisciplinaryactionincludingbanfromfutureexaminations.
12. Anyrequestforchangeofpost/date/session/centre/venuewillnotbeentertained.
13. YoumaypleasenotethatthiscallletterdoesnotconstituteanofferofemploymentwiththeCWC.
14. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their
selection/recruitmentshallbeconsideredasDISQUALIFICATION.
15. Thepossibilityofoccurrenceofsomeproblemintheadministrationoftheexaminationcannotberuledoutcompletelywhichmay
impacttestdeliveryand/orresultfrombeinggenerated.Inthatevent,everyeffortwillbemadetorectifysuchproblem,whichmay
include movement of candidates, delay in test. Conduct of a reexam is at the absolute discretion of test conducting body.
Candidateswillnothaveanyclaimforaretest.Candidatesnotwillingtomoveornotwillingtoparticipateinthedelayedprocess
oftestdeliveryshallbesummarilyrejectedfromtheprocess.
16. Anyonefoundtobemisbehavingintheexaminationhall,disclosing,publishingreproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitating
transmissionandstorageoftestcontentsinanyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalor
written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorised
possessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
