DEFINITION TYPES OF BANKS :


A central bank is a public institution that usually issues the
currency, regulates the money supply and controls the interest rates in a
country.

Rural Bank is a bank financial institutions which accept deposits only


in the form of time deposits, savings, and or other equivalent forms of it
and disbursed as a rural bank effort.

Mixed Bank is a Commercial Bank which was established jointly by


one or more commercial banks domiciled in Indonesia and was
established by the citizens ,with one or more banks domiciled abroad.

Private banks are banks which all or most of the capital is owned by
private national as well as the deed of establishment was founded by the
private sector.

Islamic Bank is a banking system that was developed based on the


sharia (law) of Islam.

Regional development banks are banks that are partly or


wholly owned by the Provincial Government.
