GENERAL INFO (and "Off Days"):
This is based on a 4 day split with 2 "off" days where you perform any o
These "off" days are not required but I like to use them for "play day

Off Days: I left what I started with in the off day fields as an example

ASSISTANCE EXERCISES:
You can modify/add/remove assistance exercises and play with incre
