System
The Parliament:

The Parliament consists of both Republicans and Democrats,

where we then have the President of South Africa which is
elected by the Parliament and is the head of the
government and the multi-party system.
The African National Congress has dominated the South African politics. The ANC is considered the
ruling party in the national legislature as well as the eight of the nine providence. The only providence
that isnt represented by the ANC is Western Cape because it is part of the Democrat alliance.

Other parts of the South Africas parliament is the two parties that are called Economic Freedom Fighters
and the Inkatha Freedom Party. These parliaments are not as popular as the ANC and the democratic
alliance. The government as a whole is a three tiered with representatives elected as the National,
Provincial and local levels.

Court System:
The judiciary system is independent from the executive and the legislature. The constitution provides for
the constitutional courts, supreme court of appeal, high courts, magistrates courts and any other court that
is recognized in terms of any Act of Parliament. The legal branches are divided into two branches;
advocates and attorneys. There are also people that are voluntary associations of advocates. The
constitutional court is the highest court in all constitutional matters.
