THE EFFECT OF SMOKING

Smoking issue become seriously amount us nowadays. Many of people like to


enjoy themselves especially in smoking. They didnt think and concern about their health. They
also didn't care about the effect of smoking to their health. Smoking can cause lung cancer and
mouth cancer. Cancer is considered like a slow death. The lung cancer is the effect of smoking,
when you lose capacity to breath right. The lung loses their capacity of expansion, the expansion
that they need to work right. So, they will face difficult to breathe when they have lung cancer.

Smoking can cause a lot of damage and ulcers. Cigarette smoke produces serious damages in
the stomach. Ulcers are a cause of death if they are not defected on time. So all smoker have to
be careful if they feel frequent stomachaches. Nobody pays attention to this kind of symptoms
but if you have an ulcer you could be in risk of dying.

Most people don't even take into consideration. Smoking strains the teeth yellow or sometimes
even brown. Since this effect is long term, most people are not aware it when they begin smoking.
The truth is that a cigarette strain is very hard to eliminate from the teeth. It will be probably end
up costing a considerable amount of money. Yellow teeth are disgusting because they give an
unhygienic image and make people look older.

Smoking is bad for your health, because it produces a lot of damage and in extreme cases: the
DEATH. Smoking is like a slow death, so if you are smoker , you are in risk, you are dying, so be
careful with that.
"Danger of Smoking"
A very good morning I bid to honorable judges, brilliant
master of ceremony, accurate time keeper, teachers and
my fellow friends. Today, I would like to present a speech
entitled Danger of Smoking.

Smoking is very dangerous for our


health. Smoking is more dangerous, especially to
the immediate family, society,
environment, and economic. It has more
than 700 chemical additives in cigarettes. Some of
them are classified as toxic and are not allowed in food.
Once lit, cigarette reaches a temperature about
2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. High heat helps release
thousands of chemical substances, including toxins such
as carbon monoxide and hydrogen cyanide, at
least 43 carcinogens and mutagen slot. All this has
been provided to the body when smokers inhale. Today, I
want to inform my audience about the effects as danger
of smoking.
It wills effects of smoking during pregnancy are
still some women smoke. You may have
your reasons for smoking, but the effects of
smoking during pregnancy. It is not only seen on our
health, but also on your baby up to a large extent. It is
also, will have an adverse effect on your baby. All people
like to have a healthy baby. The first and most
important matters you need to do are to stop smoking if
you are planning to have children. Do not play with you
and your child's health. This is important for your
healthy birth defect or illness. When your baby is
born, there is a need to protect children
from smoking. Not lead to a reduction in milk
supply, and can prevent breastfeeding. Also,
babies get fair dose of nicotine through breast milk. This
can cause the disease in the form of nausea, abdominal
pain, and diarrhea and so on. Second is not good for
babies, because it affects the lungs through the
nicotine they inhale. You do not want your baby to
experience respiratory problems.
Second it will effect starting from the brain to the toe.
Cigarettes are addictive in nature because of the effect
they have on the brain of a smoker. Nicotine, present in
the cigarettes, travel to the brain within 8 seconds of the
first inhalation. The brain is considered your bodys
center for mood and conscious thought. It controls most
of your voluntary and involuntary movements and
makes thinking and physical, emotional feelings possible.
It also regulates unconscious body processes, such as
digestion and breathing. When you smoke a cigarette it
sends chemicals to the brain, changing its chemistry,
which affects a smokers mood. It only takes 10 seconds
for nicotine to reach the brain after being inhaled into the
lungs.
Lastly it wills effects the human body is not affected by
chemicals in cigarettes that you smoke. Let us visit you to
see how your body does not affect the
digestive. System also affected. Tar in the smoke can
cause throat cancer. Smokers have pancreatic
cancer death rate is higher.
Many carcinogens from cigarettes are excreted in the
urine where their presence can cause bladder cancer,
which often bring high blood dead.
Pressure from smoking can damage the kidneys. This
will cause the body easily face the disease of smokers.
In my conclusion smoking is a habit which individuals
find difficult to quit.

Many people make preparations for months in their


effort to get rid of the habit, making painstaking plans to
eliminate their dependence on nicotine. However making
an effort to give up the habit of smoking all on a sudden is
far more likely to yield satisfactory results. Spontaneous
efforts to end the habit of smoking have a greater rate of
success in comparison to planned attempts made by
individuals to give up the habit. This can be attributed to
the fact that prior planning gives rise to tension, making
it difficult for smokers to kick the habit.

Giving up the habit of smoking is one of the most crucial


things that an individual can probably do. Quitting
smoking ensures a longer and better life. People who quit
smoking have reduced risks of suffering a heart attack,
stroke or cancer. Pregnant women who give up smoking
enhance the likelihood of having healthy baby. So, think
twice before you smoke a cigarette.

Health, the greatest of all we count as blessings. With that

be given a chance to be here to deliver my speech about lifestyle in teenager.

Ladies and gentlemen,

All people have to go through their teenage years. Some of you have
already passed this stage, someone is on the way, and some others still dream
about the time when he/she will, finally, grow up! Nowadays, teenagers have
changed in comparison with the teens in the past, such as, eating habits, an
active way of life, spending free time and clothes. Now, Id like to convey my
speech about facing the lifestyle in teenagers today.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Teenager today is a technology generation. For teens in todays world


cell phones, internet, music, movies, television and video games are very
important. Teenagers prefer to spend free time in front of a computer rather than
to walk, play football or go to a swimming pool. They meet with friends in such
places as fast food restaurants. Teens eat unhealthy food there. Every teenager
needs a balanced diet, appropriate personal hygiene and physical activities in the
fresh air, for example, playing a ball, going running, swimming, riding bicycle,
playing tennis or walking. Young people have to remember, that a healthy lifestyle
requires appropriate nourishment.

Personal hygiene plays a very important role in healthy lifestyle. Some


young people think that taking a shower once a week, wearing sweaty clothes
and splashing over them with a deodorant is proper, but it is not. Taking a bath
twice a day will be useful to make them look fresh. Everyday toilet will prevent
skin diseases as complexion of every person requires systematic nurturing:
washing in soft water, abrasion, creaming and protecting before diseases.

Physical activity also has a large influence on young people lifestyle. It


improves health condition in many ways. It helps the organism to utilize the
calories better, which helps to maintain a desirable weight. The research reveals
that regular training among the youth (and not only, but also by people at any
age) is an important factor improving the health.

Another aspect worth mentioning is communication via the Internet,


especially using facebook or twitter has become an essential feature of teens
social lives. Their lives arent completed without accessing those social
networks in a day. Teenagers today prefer making friendship in cyber world than
in the reality.
Teenagers clothes in the twenty-first century have also changed a lot. The
clothes they wear depend on current trends since it is important to follow
fashion.

Ladies and gentlemen,

All in all, it can be stated that the lifestyle of teenagers depends on many
factors. Every young man should lead a healthy lifestyle independently of age or
interests. This should be one of the things that you do every day. According to
many scholars, everyone should try to take the advantage of this life the best he
or she can. Young people should be aware of positive influence of healthy
lifestyle. This in effect would give them better results in studying and what is
more important they would be pleased with good health much longer.
