According to the Law on Spatial
Planning and Construction of Una Sana
Canton - revised text ("Official
Gazette of USC" No. 12/13)
constructed building can be used and
put into operation, and then issue a
decision to carry out activities under a
special regulation, only after the
administration authority, competent for
construction, issues an approval for its
use.
Permission for use is issued after a
technical inspection of the building.
Application process
Requests should be handed in at the
desk for receipt of submissions in the
Services Center of the Municipality of
Bosanska Krupa, whose proper forms
are located in the counter hall and for
which resolutions this department is
r e s p o n s i b l e .T h e d oc u m e n t a ti o n
submitted with the application shall be
accompanied by the original or
certified copy.
Along with the application the
prescribed fee shall be accompanied,
unless certain documents and actions
does not charge tax or if the applicant
is exempted from taxes, for which the
proof is required .

Application
The investor submits the application for authorization for use to
the administrative body that issued the building approval.
Along with the request for authorization to use other documents
shall be submited:
1. copies of building permits,
2. geodetic survey of the building and the plot, made on the
land surface
3. a written statement by the contractor on the works and
conditions of construction maintenance, and a written
statement of investors for facilities referred to in Article
91, paragraph (4) of the Spatial Planning and
Construction of the Una Sana Canton - revised text
("Official Gazette of USC," No. 12 / 13)
4. written report construction supervision,
5. certified project design, if during the construction of the
building came to a deviation from the main project on the
basis of which building permits was issued,
6. invoice of payment of administrative fees in the amount
of 0.05 of the estimated value of the object.
For buildings for which subsequent acts on construction were
issued, which were built before the entry into force of the
Spatial Planning and Construction of the Una Sana Canton -
revised text ("Official Gazette of USC" No. 12/13), instead of
the written statements of the performers of executed works
and conditions of construction maintenance, and a written
report on construction supervision, the investor is obliged to
obtain an expert opinion of the expert or a legal persons
authorized to engage in construction supervision, which
confirms that the building was constructed according to the
regulations, that is technically correct and stable, and that
meets the requirements of usability construction.

AUTHORIZATION FOR USE
Technical inspection of the building
A technical inspection determines that the
building was constructed in accordance with
project documentation based on which the
approval was issued for construction, technical
regulations and standards, as well as special
regulations for the relevant building.
The competent administrative authority shall,
within 30 days of receipt of a proper
application , of Article 130 of the Law on
Spatial Planning and Construction of the Una
Sana Canton - revised text ("Official Gazette of
USC" No. 12/13) perform a technical inspection
o f t h e b u i l d i n g .
The costs of technical inspection, which is
determined for each individual case, pays the
investor.
Commission for technical inspection
The competent administrative authority
designates the professional technical inspection
commission (hereinafter: Commission), the
President and members of the Commission, within
8 days of receipt of a proper application of
Article 130 of the Law on Spatial Planning and
Construction of teh Una Sana Canton - revised
text ("Official Gazette of USC" No. 12/13). The
administration authority shall issue an
authorization for use within 8 (eight) days, if the
Commission reports determines that the
authorization may be granted for use for a
given building.
