Artemis Tourism and Hospitality Company is an event company which specializes in


providing seminars, trainings and conventions for tourism and hospitality students who will soon
be young professionals in the future. The company name came from the goddess Artemis, which
is one of the Olympian Goddess. The owner choose her name to be the face of the youth today,
an independent, well-driven youth who set his or her mind to only one thing, to be a goal setter
and goal digger. The company has been operating since 2006. The office is located in 29th floor
Joy Nostalg Centre, 17 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Manila, 1600.

TITLE AND DESCRIPTION

The title of the event is World without Borders: An Aspiring Career Seminar for
Tourism Students. It is an event where to introduce to the tourism students various
careers in different industry that they may pursue in the future. It was being entitled as
World without Borders to emphasize that tourism course will not only end in airline
industry but also other industries within the tourism sector.

CONCEPT AND THEME

The concept of the event is a semi-formal seminar for the students to feel the
professional ambiance of the working field while enjoying the event.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This contract is entered into between Ms. Katrina H. Hipolito (Willford Academy) and Ms.
Patreze D. Aberilla (Artemis Tourism and Hospitality Company).

Terms and Conditions

Artemis Tourism and Hospitality Company will provide full professional service including
but not limited to events managing and planning, supplies, sound system, manpower, technical
team, venue, lighting, stage layout, instituting sponsorships /partners necessary for Willford
Academy which will be held on December 5, 2015 from the hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at
the Hall 4, SMX Convention Center, Seashell Ln, Pasay, 1300 Metro Manila with the total
amount of Php 119, 750.00.

50% of the total amount shall then be paid upon the signing of this contract and shall be
considered NON- REFUNDABLE and the total balance shall then be paid 1 (one) day before the
event date.

Should there be any changes to be made on the event details, Artemis Tourism and Hospitality
Company must be given an advisory of 3 weeks before the date.
