GENERAL:

Coating on drum rolls is applied for several benefits.

Suitable / Proper roughness value avoiding Slippage.

Uniform Coating thickness provides uniform winding.
Enables user to increase machine speed.
Improve flattering in the printing process. (mainly for high speed machine)
Reduce maintenance of the Rewinder machine.
Rise in productivity and overall efficiency.
High hardness of the coated material results in retention of roughness of the surface for
longer lime.

1. Size of roll 1. 549 mm X 4875 mm Length Qty: 1 nos.

Technical specification: :

High hardness of 1100-1200 HV.

1/20 lesser wearing compare to Cast steel roll.
Excellent wearing resistance under circumstance of Mechanical impact.

Surface Finish 4 7 m Ra. (As Coated)

Maximum Temperature No restriction.
Maximum Loading No restriction.
Coating Thickness 110 microns (As coated) +/- 15 micron

1. Pre-Grinding and removal of old coating if any.

2. Cleaning / Vacuum Grit Blasting on grinded rewinder drum rolls.
3. Pre heating of drum roll to avoid oxidation.
4. Coating by HVOF Thermal Spray Process.

2. PRICE: Rs. 6,15,000/-

Terms & Condition :-.

Time Duration: - 4-6 DAYS for single drum roll from the start of ATS work.
Pre Grinding with removal of old coating in ATS scope.
Consumable gases (Oxygen, LPG and Nitrogen) required will remain in ATS scope.
To & From (Ahmedabad-Vapi-ahmedabad) transportation of ATS material machinery will be in client
scope..
ATS Provides a coating bonding warranty of 18 months.
Taxes: Service Tax will be applicable.
Payment Terms:- 35 % along with the work order, 35 % at arrival of our material/machinery at your works
and rest 30% immediately after work completion.
Validity:- This offer is valid for 45 days.
