 Who are we?
CEMOS is a digital produc>on studio based in Cebu, Philippines. We
provide digital media solu>ons for real estate presenta>ons. Our
services include photo enhancement, 2D/3D oor plan produc>on,
360 virtual tours, and many more. We incorporate varied elements
into the material to illustrate and present every vision aptly,
connec>ng and leaving a strong impression to those who view
them. Such outputs can be used in: brochures, magazines,
websites, and other promo>onal venues.
 Who are we?

Our team is composed of highly-skilled graphic ar>sts,
expert photo editors, architectural draPers, and interior
designers. Our management team is a group of individuals
that has extensive experience in real estate, soPware,
outsourcing, architecture, and digital media.
 How we work?
Oce hours from 6am to 11pm, Monday to Friday
(Philippine Time, GMT +8)
Orders received before 9am will be delivered in 12 hours or
less. Orders received aPer 9am will be delivered the next
day or within 24 hours.
Orders received aPer 9am on a Friday will be delivered on
the next Monday.
Clients are requested to submit sample works / standard
guidelines / style requests / edi>ng process to ensure
quality of work.
Re-edits / Re-do request is delivered within 24 hours,
however we pride ourselves that we do it right the rst
>me we submit the nal work with QA checks.
