Fast Setting Epoxy Grout
Product Description GRANDGROUT EPX100 is a 100% solid fast setting epoxy
resin specially formulated for grouting application with high
mechanical and adhesive strength.

Surface Preparation All surfaces must be clean and sound and free from all surface
laitance, oil and grease and any bond inhibiting material.

Grinding may be used to remove cement laitance. Sweep or if

necessary, blow clean with an air compressor. Surface may be
damp, but a dry surface is recommended for best result.

Mixing A mechanically powered grout mixer should be used for

best results.

Pour one (1) part of part B to one (1) part of part A. Mix
slowly and continuously to a uniform consistency.
Continue to mix adding silica sand at a ratio of one (1)
gallon mixed epoxy to 1.0 1.5 depending on its
consistency. Any change from the recommended
proportion will affect its quality. Scrape the bottom, sides
and corners of the container to ensure complete and full
blending. Prepare only enough quantities that can be
used within the pot-life period. Do not delay application.
 Packaging GRANDGROUT EPX100 is available in 3 kg set.

Shelf life Minimum of two (2) years under normal temperature

Health and Safety Keep covers tightly closed. Avoid in contact with skin and eyes
to prevent irritation.
