3.1 Introduction
This chapter presents a detailed description of the research methodology.
Methodology refers to the detailed procedure to be followed to realize the research
objectives. Methodology includes a description of the research design, sampling techniques,
instrumentation as well as data analysis techniques. It describes in detail what was done.
N
n= 2
1+ N e
Whereas;
n = Sample Size
N = Total population
1 = Constant
e = Allowable margin to error. In this case, we consider 5% (0.05) error margin
Therefore;
57
n=
1+57( 0 .05)
2 = 50
Both primary and secondary data was used in the period of conducting this study. The
study was used questionnaires as the main tools for collecting data. The selection of these
tools have been guided by the nature of data to be collected, the time available as well as the
objectives of the study. Because questionnaires was used since the study is concerned with
variables that cannot be directly observed such as views, opinions, perceptions and feelings
of the respondents, and the time constraints, questionnaire is the ideal tool for collecting data.
The target population is also unlikely to have difficulties responding to questionnaire items.
Observation is implies the collection of information by the researcher, without interviewing
the respondents. The information obtained relates to what is currently happening.
The primary data was collected from concerned parties in the research study.
Although finding the actual information needed is sometimes move difficulty, because of
mistrusts between the managers of the organizations and research for this reason the
researcher employed only questions responded by the managers, accountants, and employees
of the company and ignored any other actions that managers thought to be an intervention of
their specific and secret affairs.
The secondary data was collected through library facilities and internet. In this type,
the researcher investigated various books from which he extracted the required and useful
information for the study. The researcher also glanced to collect data for internet source.
3.5.2 Ethical Issues
Under this, the respondents were informed that participation is voluntary so that they
make informed decision to participate or not. The researcher also went with an introductory
letter and tried to avoid any action may bring with unethical issue.
The study data and information that was collected was analyzed in a separate chapter,
the method of data analyzing is proposing to be based on the easiest way and understandable
as well as comprehensiveness, where the respondent answers tabulate in manner and it is
relation to the research objectives after tabling data graphs in SPSS (Statistical package for
social science) was used to concise the result and meaning of the question. The researcher
observations also were added in the data analyzes.
2 Disagree poor
3 Neutral Normal
4 Agee Satisfactory
2. Lack of enough security in the field of the research due to escalating in security in the
country
4. Cost limitation is another problem the researcher meets during the study
5. Some of the respondents did not understand English, so translating local language into
English is difficult
6. Another limitation was how truthful were the respondents, because the respondents
may give false or exaggerated information
