1 Draw a free hand suggested network
2 write DFU @ each fixture
3 summate DFU allover the network
4 put the equivalent demand load in front of
each DFU
5 choose the recommended size for this demand

6 define the slope for each size

7 Define the main point level that the network
will drain to
8 make the vent for each fixture and then
accumulate all vent pipes for each toillets to
one riser
9 size the vent pipes
10 make the design drawing and submitt with
calculation
11 related to slope and main level go back to the
farest point putting levels @ each main point

12 Regarding to levels find any pipe that might

pass through beam and mark a sleeve in this
beam with the suitable size regarding to the
pipe size
13 submitt the drainage materials needed for
approval (materials and fixtures as follows):-
N.B. It prefered to be the first step

14 make the Shop drawing showing levels of pipes
and actual dimension of fixtures and its
distances from wall and also showing the
sleeves location and level and then submitt

At Site
1 Assist for the needed sleeves with the same
level and location as per shop drawing

2 install pipes and fittings in proper way as per

levels and location as shown in shop drawings
(Care to put P-trap & gulley trap @ needed
positions)
3 install intersiptors if needed
4 with co-ordination with toillet tile installation
we install the FD & FCO to be fitted with tile in
finishing
5 installing closets, WB, lav., Flush, Sinks,
showers & Bathtub (or any other materials we
have)
6 N.B. If Lav. Is a counter type we have to co-
ordinate with the arch. Engineer to prepare the
counter with opening as per the approved lav.
