Adjustable aluminium gantry crane with folding lateral legs, not movable under
load.
A comprehensive range of top quality German manufactured
adjustable light weight alloy lifting gantries; this is our fixed
Feet version - without Castor's and not movable under load.
The gantry has vertical adjustable in two positions, at the
extremity legs and o the central vertical column giving a wide
adjustable range and also the ability to adjust each individual
leg to maintain a level top beam for use on uneven ground
(rough terrain)

The Unique design of our lifting gantry also enables horizontal

adjustment; quickly and infinitely adjustable.

Each of the legs / vertical supports collapses for ease of

transport making the gantry easily handled and moved by the
user.

Included as standard is a braked load trolley that is supported

on the 'box section' top lifting beam, the trolley is low
headroom design providing a smooth and safe means of
traversing a load.

Split Top Beam

Separable aluminium top beam, to enable ease of transportation due to smaller lengths and
weights making manual handling less of an issue. Being seperable / split means that it can al
packed away into a smaller space or fitted into the back of a van for movement between sites

Wall Bracket
Designed to fix one end of the beam to a wall.

Weight: 8kg.

Wheel Kits - spring loaded (not for movement under load)

Wheel kit for stationary Gantry Cranes:
The advantage of the wheel kits is that you have the stability of a stationary gantry crane
combined with the flexibility to move the crane to another position. E.g. the crane will be used in a
factory building and when needed in more than just one spot they can move the crane to the area
that they need to do further work. As soon as load is applied to the crane the frame around the
casters will be pushed onto the floor and the crane will rest on this frame and no longer on the
castors. As soon as the load is taken off the gantry the crane will raise slightly once more making
the gantry mobile so that it can be moved to the next working area. Without that wheel kit the
crane would need to be disassembled for transport to the next working area or manually carried.

This wheel kit facilitates the moving of the assembled gantry crane, without load. (not under load)

The spring mounted guide rolls allow the crane's lateral stands to rest directly on the
supports when under greater loads.
The leg and forks construction permits the lateral stands to remain upright when assembling and dis-assembling the crane.
The fork legs are individually height adjustable.

Crane Transporter
Designed to transport this type of gantry crane around from location
to location whilst packed away reducing manual effort.

If the assembly site cannot be directly reached by vehicle, the easy

handling of the crane transporter makes it possible to transport the
gantry crane conveniently over distance.

Where the crane is used adjacent to the site you can do without a
vehicle altogether.

The accessories of the crane can also be safely carried on the crane transporter.

Chain Hoist
A choice of compact and lightweight hand chain hoists from a number of reputable manufacturers made from high quality
materials.

Gantry for Man-riding Applications

All the Aluminium Lifting Gantries in this range can be supplied certified for manriding, fall arrest and rescue applications
For persons working at height or in confined spaces.
We can supply fitted with a fall arrest inertia reel or / and manriding / rescue winch.
 As you can see on the image to the right the winch options are fitted to the vertical upright then the cable
is reeved over two fixed pulley wheels so that the hook can be lowered directly above the person.

Wire Rope Lifting Hoist

Using the same principle as above we can also supply the lifting gantry with a wire rope lifting
hoist fitted (electric or pneumatic).
By deflection of the wire rope over two pulley wheels you can create maximum height of lift.
Lifting position on the top beam is adjustable to any required position.

Fully Adjustable double overhead beam, aluminium gantry crane with folding
lateral legs, not movable under load.
Double overhead lifting beams offer excellent features not possible with other lightweight aluminum
mobile lifting gantries.

Much longer spans than conventional designs ie, the distance between legs (vertical
columns)
The load trolley spans between the two lifting beams allowing the hoist to operate in the
space between the beams thus giving a very high hook height (low headroom)
Twin overhead beams give greater rigidity and stability to the overall structure

Excellent choice with gantries up to 3 tonne SWL and 7.1 metre span. Excellent quality, designed and
manufactured in Germany for heavy industrial use by professionals.

Fully adjustable, these lightweight alloy lifting gantries are not fitted with castor's and are not
designed to be movable under load. The gantry has vertical adjustable in two positions, at the feet
and vertical column giving a wide adjustment range. No castors has many advantages for example
possible rough terrain capability and greater stability; also with this design having the ability to
adjust each individual leg to maintain a level top beam is perfect for use on uneven ground

Hand Winch
For height adjustment. (raise and lower the vertical column)
1 set = 2 pieces (1 hand winch per lateral stand).
Pertmits large lifting height.
The load on the crank is constant and independent of the cylinder diameter.

Gantry for Man-riding Applications

All the Aluminium Lifting Gantries in this range can be supplied certified for manriding, fall arrest and
rescue applications
For persons working at height or in confined spaces.
We can supply fitted with a fall arrest inertia reel or / and manriding / rescue winch.
As you can see on the image to the right the winch options are fitted to the vertical upright then the cable
is reeved over two fixed pulley wheels so that the hook can be lowered directly above the person.

Wire Rope Lifting Hoist

Using the same principle as above we can also supply the lifting gantry with a wire rope lifting hoist fitted (electric or pneumatic)
By deflection of the wire rope over two pulley wheels you can create maximum height of lift.
Lifting position on the top beam is adjustable to any required position.
