11.Details and Results of Inspection:
11.1 Visual inspection
FB2-L-001 (15JZ-32-1) Random monitored welding of circumferential weld for part No 9
and No 10, base material SA516.Gr60, welding consumable is E7015, and Welding
current: 114A, these were in according with WPS14-04.
11.2 verification with comment item
FB2-L-002 (15JZ-37-1):last report state the length of FS-B04 , FS-B05 & FS-B06 were not
in line with the drawings, we suspected these dimension and checking again and the max
length deviation as below:
1. FS-B04 was -8mm(this part length is 12000mm, the deviation 8mm within the tolerence)
2. max length deviation of FS-B05 was +14mm
3. max length deviation of FS-B06 was -15mm
After assembling the total length will maintain due to 2 and 3 offset each other.
11.3 attendance quality meeting

Mainly discussed following content:
1Together discussed the comment issue on week report one by one, the punchilst
number of 7,12,13(we suspected these dimension and checking again and the max length
deviation as below:
1. FS-B04 was -8mm(this part length is 12000mm, this deviation within the
tolerence)
2. max length deviation of FS-B05 was +14mm
3. max length deviation of FS-B06 was -15mm
After assembling the total length will maintain due to 2 and 3 offset each other) already
closed; punchilst number of 4,5,6 the manufacturer stated that they would like
revise these drawing and issue that for approve; punchilst number of 8 waiting
for manufacturer notification after they repaired; punchilst number of 10 JOHN
ZINK HAMWORTHY provide the suggestion of connection flange face gap below
than 2mm, but I do not agree that because on ITP of 15 item stated than
flange face require true and flat; punchilst number of 9 about two heat-bending
treatment piping have obvious wrinkle on the piping surface, manufacturer
state that they would like provide acceptable criterion and checking these two
piping again.
2) Discussed some quality problem found on site such as all thread hole need
remove sharp edge, shall have stamp marking for everyone welding seam and
also need improve welding quality.
3)FB2-L-00315JZ-33-1this equipment holding due to PWHT not approved
as the shell course consist cabon steel and stainless steel.
4) packaging procedure and packing list not approved maybe that affection the
further fabrication schedule.
5) Today received notice that Derrick drawing have some change but not
received new drawing.
6) the delivering time has changed and will confirm accurate time later.
