Analytica Viet Nam 2017 Report

We had about 100 visitors in 3 days (approx. 48 persons in the first day, 34 in the second and 26
in the third)
The Purposes of the Exhibition:

o Find the market (reach the purpose 60%)


o Find the potetial customers (reach the purpose 10%)
o Enhance the reputation (reach the purpose 80%)

Which instrument they concern:

Top of Questions the customers ask:

o What is this?
o How do they working?
o How many elements this instrusment can analyze?
o What is the limit of detection of the analyzer?
o Does the spectrotest use Xray principle?
o Do we have any AS instrument?
Main Problems and Solution:

Problems Solutions
The customers dont know much about Marketing in multichannel ( Facebook,
Spectro and QES Google, Youtube,). Better if we create a
website for QVN.
Some customers need the software interface Maybe we should tell this to Spectro. If they
in VietNamese accept, we will not only Vietnamese the
software but also the Brochure, Cataloge and
the Powerpoint.
The customer in Binh Son complain about the Tell the service team about that
service (too slow). He use XRF.

What I obtain from the Exibition:


o Learning the talking skill ( how to explain to the customers)
o Learning the listening skill ( listen and solve their problems)
o Have more knowledge about ICP-OES
o Use what I leanred to anwser the customer questions
o HC boss explain some problems that Ive stucked
