UNI-Interface is a auxiliary print on the amplifierboard. He is affixed by 3 screws on it. The


electrical junctions are pluggable.

The DRT needs 53V as a operational voltage, that gets based incl. GND from the terminal
block feed. The 53V are fused on a print with 6,3AF.

The feed gets supplied from a amplifier-board (S6), fused with 4AF and with a diode in
forward directon to consumer conducted. Voltage on the consumer is either 24V or 53V.

Jumper J7 is responsible for the Voltage setting, no jumper you support the plug S2 on the
Y-board with 24V and 53V, Jumper set is only 53V ( if the cable is connected ).
24V support EOT-X / 53V support DRT.
In case of using EOT and DRT you need a tool-switchboard mounted in the aluminium
junction box
on the y-axis carrier. J7 not set

Motors get controlled from the inverter. As a target for the drive, an analog voltage from the
system, proportionately to the speed of the x-axis, gets produced. This voltage is isolatet
from system power supply.

For the control of external equipments (RollUp, RollOff) there are contacts usable. They are
controlled by SW. For each signal the 'normal open' and 'normal closed' contacts are
conducted to the plugs. Do not switch more than maximal 24V 200mA.

External power:
The current is taken by a external sources, you do not need an electrical connection to the
plotter feed. This is an important improvement of the interference resistance shoul be the
normal case!! The conductions must be fused.

Internal power:
Contacts can get provided from our internal feed +24V. Maximal voltage per contact 100mA.
The conductions must get fused.

If the menu position is putted on <ESC>1291 roll-off or the menu position <ESC>1294 or
both together are on EXTERNAL and the menu position <ESC>1292 SENSOR on NONE
or 1 time stands, get agreed that an extraction table or an take-up table is joined. In this
case, functionality is like in the table above. For the activation of tables the PRATZEN
signals get used.
