5. PRESERVATION CHARACTERISTICS

Variation range of density from initial state is less than 15% under the storage condition
as follows ;
25,65%RH in the darkness.
(1) Packed state (before printing) : for 1.5 years
(2) Unpacked state (before printing) : for 1 year

6. STORAGE

(1) The Paper / Ink Ribbon Set should be stored in a location of minimum temperature, humidity
and dust where it will not be exposed to the direct sun light.
Keep preferably this product in the place where ,

Humidity 20%RH 60%RH
(2) Fading may occur if Paper / Ink Ribbon Set is exposed to organic chemical solvent.
(e.g. alcohol, ester, ketone based)
(3) Not wet or soak the Paper / Ink Ribbon Set.
(4) Leaving the print paper in contact with PVC-based materials causes color of print paper to
come off and to be stained.

7. CAUTION

(1) Use the paper and the ink ribbon which are contained in the same carton.
(2) Fingerprints or dust on the paper surface may degrade the print quality.
(3) Although the print paper may be longer than the ink ribbon, replace the print paper and ink
ribbon at the same time.
(4) When printing, you need the paper flanges and the ink ribbon cassette supplied with the
printer as accessories. About installing these accessories, please read the operation manual of
your printer and the CAUTION on the carton box.
(5) When this Paper / Ink Ribbon Set is used for taking ID photos, local restrictions may be
applied. Follow the local regulations. For the printer settings including the printing mode,
contact your dealer.

8. Note
(1) The paper and the ink ribbon are made of plastic. When you dispose of them, follow local
regulations concerning disposal.
(2) Please make sure that this Paper / Ink Ribbon Set is suitable for your printer.
