Letter must have Roles & Responsibility No Client details and description.
Letter can have technologies and Tools details for the Avoid using the certification details (CCP) for both internal and
corresponding projects only external courses.

Role Description :
Mr. / Ms. XXX had joined as an Entry level trainee and has shown a lot of promise and considerably
grown since. Mr. / Ms. XXX is responsible, hardworking and honest person.
Mr. / Ms. XXX has been associated with the project and has been involved in the initial transition and set
up the project. Mr. / Ms. XXX engaged providing IT services like analysis and design, Software
Development, User training and Technical consulting in the area of Programming and Application
support. Mr. / Ms. XXX has grown and played different roles in the project to meet the Client
requirement and has been working on different modules and applications in the project as a Support
Analyst, as a Developer to fix the bugs and as a Team Leader. Mr. / Ms. XXX has also played a role in
ensuring standards in the customer deliverables and to improve the Customer satisfaction by taking part
in driving various organizational activities.
Mr. / Ms. XXX has been improving themselves with the state of art skill set on .Net and related
technologies, and always meets the intense and ever increasing demand for latest technologies in the IT
industry.
Mr. / Ms. XXX roles in the project have been summarized below and detailed out in the coming sections:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Project 1
Dedicated Dealer Interaction (DDI)-The objective of DDI is to provide the Sales Organizations with the
means to run a trade marketing program optimized for the two-tiered distribution environment
(business to business and business to customer) in their respective local markets. DDI enables us to lead
the sales and stock figures about our main dealers and export the data to SAP to generate reports as per
the business requirement. It is an application which provides functions to import, process and calculate
distribution data delivered by distributors and wholesalers.
He has been part of the project from the Pilot Phase of the Transition.
He was involved in the transition of one of the critical applications (DDI.)
He has been responsible for the L2/L3 support on application issues, and on servicing standard
issues from users.
He has taken up the team lead roles & responsibilities For DDI.
He is responsible for maintaining the weekly KPI status reports & in conducting the client
governance calls on reviewing the team performance.
He is responsible for maintaining the Knowledge Database by documenting frequent issues and
workarounds for resolution at first line, and in creating Knowledge Articles on DDI.
He is responsible for resource management and is in charge of the Knowledge transition and
Mentoring of new team members.
He is responsible for driving key operational services such as Problem Management and Change
Management for improving the application stability and functionality.
He has worked on key enhancements on security improvements for the application.
He owns the End to End coordination with users/clients on Corrective and Adaptive Change
Request related to DDI
He has Co-ordinated the Project deployment and regression test planning activities and had a
successful on time implementation of enhancement projects.
He has Co-ordinated on the post deployment audit processes as well.
He has also involved in the application migration activities to informatics which is an ongoing
Development project.
Project 2
Product documentation is used to managing the new products are created to update or change the
existing product documentation and also technical product documentation changes. Once the changes
made in existing product in source system it will be updated to multiple systems. Maintaining consumer,
Electronics/Engineering, Management/Manufacturing, family oriented, re-engineering in single
application.
Mr. / Ms. XXX is been responsible L2/L3 support on application issues, and on servicing standard
issues from Users.
Mr. / Ms. XXX responsible for maintaining the knowledge database by documenting frequent
issues and workarounds for resolution at first line, and in creating knowledge articles.
Mr. / Ms. XXX also responsible for application related report generation, interface monitoring
and maintaining the process flows.
Project 3
License master application (LMA) is a .net application developed in .Net 2.0. This maintains all the
Information about the all the products of clients and the related licenses that are applicable for each
product and the cost of the licenses. This data is in turn used for the calculation via SAP reports.
He was involved in the Knowledge Transition of the LMA application and was the only member
at the time though he was a Trainee.
He has been added to the team now, and he has been assigned as the lead, apart from the other
activities he manages.
He is responsible for maintaining the Knowledge Database by documenting frequent issues and
workarounds for resolution at first line, and in creating Knowledge Articles on LMA.
He owns the End to End coordination with users/clients on Corrective Change Requests related
to LMA.
