Artificial Intelligence
Developed a machine learning application using the Scikit-Learn library for Python that analyzes large clinical
datasets to classify types of coronary heart disease based on patient parameters
Modified an open-source Pacman in Python to use various search algorithms including A* as well as custom
heuristics to create optimal agents that always defeat the game

Bioinformatics
Developed a Python script to efficiently read and compare two DNA strands from text files and display the edit
distance to determine evolutionary relations based on the number and types of mutations

Databases
Designed and implemented a full-stack application for a movie theatre to manage showings, customer data,
and bookings; built front-end of application in Python using Flask, and back-end in MySQL

Managed and successfully led a campus-wide educational campaign
Worked alongside local politicians to create a formal set of recommendations expressing the concerns of

Led project to create a spinal cord injury management database used for clinical studies
Consulted with researchers to establish requirements and identify issues with the pre-existing database
Designed and implemented a system to efficiently manage and track patient data
