Sula oJ) eulaa ill prlagal gulaa ABU DHABI URBAN PLANNING COUNCIL Estidama Pearl Rating System: Information Bulletin #16 Subject : Abu Dhabi Government Unified Hub for Building Permits Date: 2November 2016 ‘The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) formally announces its participation in the Abu Dhabi Government Unified Hub for Building Permits, which aims to streamline processes for all relevant government agencies responsible for the issuance of all building permit related approvals and/or No Objection Certificates (NOCs) Accordingly, the following changes to the administrative processing of Estidama Pearl Rating System applications shail be effective on Sunday, 6 November 2016 1 to 2 Pearl Rating Applicatior ‘All new applicable" Estidama Pearl Rating Systems? applications within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi? shall be submitted to the UPC Estidama representatives of the Abu Dhabi Government Unified Hub located within the building previously occupied by the Department of Municipal Affairs ‘The UPC Estidama representatives of the Abu Dhabi Government Unified Hub shall be responsible for providing all Estidama project related support activities including but not limited to the processing of reviews, responding to Credit Clarification Requests (CCRs), conducting technical meetings, workshops and site audits etc All active applications that are currently under review prior to the effective date shall continue to be processed by the Estidama Department located within UPC Offices, 7th floor, Al Mamoura B Building 31to 5 Pearl Rating Applications, All new applicable’ Estidama Pearl Rating Systems? applications within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi* shall continue to be submitted to the Estidama Department located within UPC Offices, 7° floor, Al Mamoura B Building All Pearl Rating Systems (PRS) applications made on or after the effective date must adhere to the abovementioned guidance.
