The Candidate must bring his/her Admit Card or e-Admit Card
at the respective Examination Centre. The candidate is also required to bring one of the Photo Identification in original viz. Voter ID / Driving License /
PAN Card / Passport, Aadhar Card etc for verification. The identity of the candidate will be matched from the original proof. In case, your admit card/e-
admit card is without photograph, you are advised to bring two recent passport size photographs in the examination center. No candidate shall be
 permitted in the examination centre without carrying Admit Card and original ID Proof under any circumstances.

Candidates are strictly advised not to bring any
kind of electronic gadgets, calculator-separate or with watch, Tablets, Bluetooth device, any type of mobile phones or its accessories or any other
instrument or Books, slide rules, foot rules, note books or written notes, etc. which may assist his/her in cheating during the conduct of examination and
these will not be allowed in the examination complex. Any candidate who is found copying, receiving, giving assistance or using unfair means during the
exam will be disqualified and AAI will not be responsible for the cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment process.

Please retain this Admit Card carefully for future records as the same is required to be produced at the time interview/appointment and
checking of documents.

ID and password for the online examination will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before commencement of the examination at their respective
seat.

report at the examination centre positively at least 1 Hour 30 Minutes before the commencement of the
online examination. The main gate will be closed before half an hour from the commencement of the test.

( ) In order to familiarize with the ONLINE test (Computer Based), the candidates are
advised to go through the demo (mock test) available on the AAIs website.

(/) You will be provided with scratch paper for rough work. On
completion of the test, candidates will have to return back all the scratch papers to the Invigilator(s). Candidates must bring two Ball Point Pens
(Blue/Black) for filling required particulars in the examination.

bilingual i.e. English and Hindi. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

-, The details printed on this admit card must be checked by the
candidate. In case of any misprinting/error in the admit card, the candidate is advised to personally report one day (16.9.2016) before the conduct of
examination at Facilitation Counter in their respective city from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM with 02 passport size photographs and identity card along with
documentary evidence/certificates etc. so that necessary corrections are made and attested. The address of Facilitation Counter will be made available
in Career link of AAIs website i.e. www.aai.aero. No request for change in name, category, date of birth, etc. shall be entertained since the
candidates were advised to check their details in the online application before submission.

examination is purely on Provisional basis subject to checking of eligibility criteria at the time of selection. Mere possession of the admit card and
appearing in the online examination does not give any right to the candidate to claim that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria laid down in Advertisement
No. 02/2012 & 02/2016. In the event of any information or part of it being found false or incorrect before or after the exam or appointment, action can
 be taken against you and your candidature/appointment shall automatically stand cancelled / terminated.

Any query/concern of candidate related to any
question(s) may be submitted to the Room Invigilator/Control Room after the examination is over or may be submitted to HR Cell, Airports Authority of
India, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi 110 003 within 7 days of conduct of the examination. Thereafter, no representation in this
regard will be entertained.

advised to read the General Instructions carefully for ONLINE examination as enclosed with this Admit Card.

In case the candidate receives more than one admit card for single post due to multiple registrations by
him/her, the candidate is directed to handover the admit card which are not required, to the room invigilator at the time of examination. The candidate
will be allowed to appear in the examination for one post at one time only.

ONLINE EXAMINAITON INSTRUCTIONS

1. Total duration of examination is 120 minutes

2. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will
display the remaining time available for you to complete the examination. When the timer
 reaches zero, the examination will end by itself. You will not be required to end or submit
your examination.

3. The Question Palette displayed on the right side of screen will show the status of each
question using one of the following symbols:

The Marked for Review status for a question simply indicates that you would like to look at that
question again. If a question is answered and Marked for Review, your answer for that question will
be considered in the evaluation.

Navigating to a Question :
4. To answer a question, do the following:

a. Click on the question number in the Question Palette to go to that question directly.
b. Click on Save &Next to save your answer for the current question and then go to
the next question.
c. Click on Mark for Review & Next to save your answer for the current question,
mark it for review, and then go to the next question.
d. Caution: Note that your answer for the current question will not be saved, if you
navigate to another question directly (without saving the answer) by clicking on
its question number.

5. You can view all the questions by clicking on the Question Paper button. Note that the
options for multiple choice type questions will not be shown.

Answering a Question :

6. Procedure for answering a multiple choice type question:

a. To select your answer, click on the button of one of the options.

b. To deselect your chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or
click on the Clear Response button.
c. To change your chosen answer, click on the button of another option
d. To save your answer, you MUST click on the Save & Next button.
e. To mark the question for review, click on the Mark for Review & Next button. If an
answer is selected for a question that is Marked for Review, that answer will be
considered in the evaluation.
