Extraction of upper right 4, upper left 5, lower right
canine, lower right 7 and lower left 8.
Filling of lower right 6.
RCT in upper right central, upper left3, 4 and lower right 4.
Post in upper left canine.
Crowns on upper left 3, 4.
Clinical examination, Radiographic films
Extra Oral Examination:
Face Symmetry.
No obvious abnormalities in the skin, vermillion borders,
nose & eyes.

 TMJ is normal with absence of clicking or crepitus or
deviation.
L.N. : not palpable
Interincisal opening:
 Smile and lip line.

Intra-Oral Examination:
Buccal Mucosa: Normal.
 Tongue: Normal.
Floor of Mouth: Normal.
Hard Palate: Normal.
Soft Palate: Normal.
Frontal and lateral intraoral views:
Lateral movements:

Periodontal Examination:
Hygiene: Poor.
Gingiva:
Color: pale pink with marginal inflammation.
Contour: loss of scalloping and festooning in some areas.
Consistency: soft .
Surface Texture: loss of stippling & shiny.
Bleeding: yes on probing.

Periodontal Therapy:

-Full Mouth Scaling and root planning

-Motivate Patient for Better Oral Hygiene

For Upper arch:

For the left quadrant:

Removal of the crowns covering upper left canine

and 4 to evaluate the abutment teeth.

Endodontic retreatment for upper left 4.

Removal of caries of upper left lateral if it is

restorable then endododontic treartment then
crown lengthening, placement of post and core
and crown,if not restorable then extraction.
 In case upper left lateral is restorable then:

Crown for upper left canine.

3 units bridge replacing missing upper left 5.

In case upper left lateral is not restorable and will

be extracted then:

3 units bridge replacing missing upper left lateral.

3 units bridge replacing missing upper left 5.

For the right quadrant:

post+core+crown for upper right central.

3 units bridge replacing missing upper right 4 .

For lower arch:

Filling of lower left 5,6,7

Refilling of lower right 5, 6

 If exposure occure during refilling of lower right
5 then endodontic treatment ,post and core and
crown for restoring it.

Endodontic treatment of lower right lateral

Post and core for lower right lateral and right 4.

3 unit bridge replacing lower right canine.

3 unit bridge replacing lower right 7.

 Treatment steps
Before starting treatment steps patients suffered
from severe pain in the lower right lateral and she
went to outpatient clinic where a dentist extracted
it.
So changes in the treatment plan will be made.

not restorable so extraction was done.
