Instantrequest,pursuanttotheFreedomofInformationAct(1988)isfileddirectlywithyou,
sinceresponseonapreviousrequestuncoveredthatMsSharonSabanSafraiholdsno
lawfulappointment,pursuanttotheRegulationsofStateService,asFreedomofInformation
OfficeroftheAdministrationofCourts.
Therefore,Irequestaresponseoninstantrequestonpaper,bymail,tomymailingaddress,
providedabove,underyourhandsignature.Alternativelyunderthehandsignatureofa
dulyappointedFreedomofInformationOfficeroftheAdministrationofCourts,together
withacopyofarecord,documentinghis/herlawfulappointment,pursuanttothe
RegulationsofStateServiceandtheFreedomofInformationAct(1988).
FOIARequestfeewaspaidthroughthegovernmentpaymentportal,paymentcertificate
#43064355.
Ihereinrequestthefollowingrecords:
A.AnyrecordshowingwhatcurrentfileshreddingproceduresintheSupremeCourt
are.
RegulationsoftheArchives(MaintenanceandShreddingCourtFiles)1986,Regulations3,4
and8say:
3. (a) When a court wishes to shred files, as stated in Regulation 2, the court
shall notify the Archivist.
(b) The Notice shall be accompanied by a list of the files to be shredded,
organized by types, as detailed in the appendix.
4. Notice of the intent to shred the files shall be published in the State
Registry (Herein Notice of Shredding).
8. Protocol of the shredding shall be conducted at the time of shredding,
signed by a representative of the court, and forwarded to the Archivist
within 15 days from it writing.
Instantrequestpertainstoanyrecord,whichdocumentswhatproceduresaretodayinplace
intheSupremeCourtforshreddingcourtfilesingeneral,andforimplementingtheabove
referencedRegulationsinparticular.
B.SpecificreferencetothepublishednoticeintheStateRegistry,regardingtheintent
toshredFrancoSidivAuthoritypursuanttotheHandicappedbyNaziPersecutions
Act(1582/02),andacopyoftheprotocolofshreddingofthesamecourtfile.
AfterIfiledaRequesttoInspecttheabovereferencedcourtfile,andaftertheRequestwas
dulyregistered,IwasinformedthattheRequestwasRejectedfromFiling,andIwasorally

informedthatthefilewasshredded,buttheSupremeCourtofficeoftheclerkrefusedto
provideanydocumentationofsuchshredding.
Instantrequestpertainsto:
(1)ThespecificreferenceintheStateRegistryofthenoticeofintenttoshredtheabove
referencedcourtfile,pursuanttoArticle4oftheabovecitedRegulations.
(2)Acopyoftheshreddingprotocoloftheabovereferencedcourtfile,pursuantto
Article8oftheabovereferencedRegulations.
