What college should I go
There are 5 steps to
becoming a Lawyer:
First, you must earn a Bachelors Degree.
You must have a Bachelors Degree to get
into law school. A Bachelors Degree
usually takes 4 years.
Next you must take the LSAT, the Law
School Admissions Test. The test is scored
on a scale of 120-180. If you want to get
into a top law school, your score needs to
be above a 160. The higher your score,
the more likely you are to get into a good

Then you must earn your Juris Doctor
Degree. This takes about 3 years of law
school.
While you are earning your J.D Degree,
you will most likely be offered internships
and participate in mock trials. These will
help you become more experienced and
raise your chances of getting a job right
out of law school.
Finally, you must pass your State Bar
Examination to earn your license to be a
lawyer in that state. If you would like to
practice law in multiple states, you will
