The devastating re at Oaklands Ghost Ship Warehouse in December wreaked havoc on DIY scenes countrywide, including Nashvilles. The re
marshal started showing up, venues closed, and up-and-coming artists were left desperate for safe spaces in which to perform. After months of
fundraising and working to get up to code, local DIY space Drkmttr is getting closer to a return. Though this show booked by the Drkmttr folks was
initially slated for the space, it has since been moved to Blackbird Tattoo. Chicagos Jollys are bringing an extremely diverse rock show to
Nashville. From a choir of punk boys singing while accompanied by distorted solos to the occasional shufing drum beat and screamed vocals
about poppers, Jollys put on the kind of show that might terrify your parents. Expect fun, accessible, self-proclaimed slop pop for the mop tops.
Milwaukees The Pukes are joining Jollys on a ve-date tour, bringing along their classically styled, Ramones-y, Mists-y sounds. The Pukes
supply deep, brooding vocals supported by vintage tones and a smidgen of fuzz. Locals Mouth Reader and experimental rockers NEGRA will open
