International Technical Fair 2008 in Plovdiv, an exhibition for

ZEMIC outstanding load cells and excellent distributors
From September 29 to October 4, the International Technical Fair
2008, on which the ZEMIC distributors of Bulgaria made a
presentation of ZEMIC excellent
products, has been successfully
held in Plovdiv. During this fair,
load cells with ZEMIC brand seized
lot comers interests and
curiosities.
With continuously improving
and dedicating on its technical
innovation, ZEMIC products hold
good fame and popularity among its customers and partners. By
offering high quality products and service, ZEMIC is going to provide a
brilliant tomorrow for its partners.

Newly developed digital load cells with high accuracy, more

convenient installing, and better anti-interference ability
With the efforts of experts and engineers from Research and
Develop Department, digital load cells with ZEMIC brand come to the
hands of our customers. The birth of BM14Ad, BM14Cd, BM14Gd, and
DHM9Bd, brings a new age to ZEMIC-an epoch of digital load cells.
Bearing higher accuracy, more convenient installing and adjusting,
and better anti-interference ability, ZEMIC digital load cells offer the
customer a new method of metrology instruments manufacturing. For
example, the digital load cells can be installed in three different ways.
It can connect with the computer directly, thus the
users can realize automatic industrial controlling;
or with a digital instrument then the users could
read the result easily. Whats more, the digital
load cell can be used two or more together
and the testing result will be much
accurate.
In this December, four serial digital
load cells, DH, DHM, DB, DBM, with ZEMIC brand have gained the
Digital Sensors Measuring Equipment Manufacturing License, which is
issued by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Shaanxi

Province. Till now, the manufacturing technology is refined, and

ZEMIC digital load cells are ready for mass production and getting on
the market.
Holding continuously developments and innovations on its
technology, ZEMIC keeps progressing on the way of offering

ZEMIC patented product-HM9A, new load cells for truck scale

With higher accuracy, better stability, easier
installation, HM9A, a new model of load cell labeled
with ZEMIC brand is specially designed for truck
scale. Alloy steel construction, HM9A reaches the
International Protection (IP) 68, and the whole
production procedure is in accordance with the RoHS directives. As
ZEMIC patented products, HM9A load cells possess innovation design
on the whole structure, with superior lower profile, convenient
installation, modularized function, and easier to be maintained.

New approvals and certificates for ZEMIC load cells

-Latest OIML R60 approval for BM8H.
In August 1, ZEMIC is proud of its
single shear beam load cell-BM8H, which
has got the OMIL R60 approval. With
hermetically sealed, BM8H is suitable for
different kinds of scales such as platform
scales, hopper scales, belt scales, and other weighing devices.
-FM and cFM Anti-explosion Certificates
On 31st, October, 57 models of ZEMIC load cells
successfully gained FM (for US) and cFM (for Canada)
anti-explosion certificates, approved by FM
Certification Institution of America. With the
improving of products manufacturing techniques,
ZEMIC offers customers safety and anti-explosion products which are
suitable for atrocious weather and hazardous
areas. These approvals bring a better
foundation and enhance the marketing
credibility for ZEMIC products,
especially in US and Canada.
-Newly gained ATEX Certificate
On 14th, November, 58 models of ZEMIC load cells
successfully gained European ATEX anti-explosion
certificate. The ATEX certificate improved the marketing credibility for
ZEMIC products around the world, especially in European areas. With

more products achieving International class, ZEMIC is going to offer

its subsidiaries and partners with excellent products and services, and
becoming the world top load cell manufacturer.

Waterproof load cell L6D-FS, H8Q and B8Q, ZEMIC new

products with multi-function
-Waterproof load cell-L6D-FS, using in wet area
Under some harsh environment, for example,
the humidity is too high, common load cells cant
work well. Along with innovations and
continuously improving of technology, ZEMIC
shows a series of load cell which are waterproof and can be used in
some harsh environment. With aluminum construction, integral
structure, and easy installation, load cell L6D-FS, which reaches the
International Protection (IP) 68, is suitable for electronic pricing
scales, electronic counting scales, platform scales and other electronic
weighing devices.
-H8Q & B8Q, easy installation, high accuracy & multi-function
Sealed by adhesive, and reached the International Protection (IP)
67, B8Q and H8Q are suitable for multiform environment. With single
shear beam structure, stainless steel material, B8Q has an easy
installation and higher accuracy. For H8Q, which is alloy steel, it is
available in the capacities 200kg, 500kg, 1000kg, and 2000kg.
By offering multi-functional load cells, ZEMIC devotes all its efforts

use its new warehouse at
the beginning of 2009
With the rapid growth of
ZEMIC Europe, a new facility
locating in Netherlands is under
construction, and it will come into
usage by the beginning of 2009.
The new warehouse tripled than

the existing one, with a storage capacity of more than 300000 load
cells, and a testing department where load cells and sensors can be
evaluated.
With a unique concept of bringing more business opportunities for
ZEMIC China, the MD of ZEMIC Europe together with his team
dedicate on increasing the market share in Europe to 10%, becoming
a leading supplier of load cells and sensors in Europe within 5 years.

ZEMIC is approved to have made contributions to the Manned

Spacecraft Shenzhou VII Project
In this November, the Committee of
Shaanxi Labor Competition
praised ZEMIC for the
contributions to the Manned
Spacecraft Shenzhou VII
Project.
Launched in this October,
Shenzhou VII is the third
manned Spacecraft: with a crew
of three astronauts manning the
spacecraft in this mission.
Compared with Shenzhou VI, China's second manned space mission
with a crew of two, Shenzhou VII has more stringent technological
requirements: with an astronaut called Zhigang Zhai conducted a
space walk.
For ZEMIC, this is the second
praise which is approved by the
official governments. The first
one was in the year of 1970, with
the launching of the
Dongfanghong-I (DFH-I). ZEMIC
is honored of having the Awards
for Contributions to Manned
Spacecraft Shenzhou VII Project.

Financial crisis bears challenges and also some chances, thus

ZEMIC is going to seize the opportunities by improving the research
technology and also production techniques. In this July,
ZEMIC has already enlarged it researching
and developing team, by selecting
more than 20 graduates from
different universities. The new
workshop, for installing 50t dead
weight testing machine, has
already finished its construction in
this August, thus the performance
testing of ZEMIC load cells will
become more precise and accurate.
The completion of jewel bearings
and hairsprings construction project
in this December marks that ZEMIC
professional production technology
has already achieved international
level. These all stand for the
continuous improving and
innovation of ZEMIC production
techniques.
In this New Year ahead, ZEMIC
will focus on developing its managing system and also the technology
innovation. With a powerful managing team and professional engineer
group, ZEMIC believes that this financial crisis will be turned into a big
opportunity, and another magnificent future will be created by ZEMIC
and all its partners.
