THE MAKING OF THE EASTERN SACRED LADY by Antonius Roberts
Doongalik is honoured to have been chosen by master Bahamian sculptor, Antonius Roberts as the
site for the first Sacred Space in eastern New Providence. It was fascinating to watch the
entire process of the complete transformation of a coconut tree damaged by Hurricane Matthew into a
Sacred Lady who came to life on Monday, March 27!
