Words I would use to describe Rachelles personality; outgoing,
enthusiastic, organized, goal oriented, passionate, risk-taker, creative, driven,
intelligent, caring, good communication skills, articulate, and reflective.
PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES
Rachelle genuinely is passionate about teaching and her students. She
has built strong relationships with her students, principal, and other staff
members in the building. She is enthusiastic and engaging when presenting
lessons. Rachelle is very reflective and open to constructive feedback. She is
very knowledgeable and organized as a teacher. In addition, she has strong
management skills, and has high expectations of her students. Further,
Rachelle goes above and beyond inside and outside of the classroom by
committing and taking on extra-curricular clubs and activities. For example,
she started a school newspaper club and devotes much of her free time to
working with students outside of the school day. I would highly
recommend/endorse Rachelle Kurrle as a teacher.
