1 and 2. Telecommunications
History: Humans have been trying to communicate through long distance for
1000s of years finally there goals were achieved when technology advanced to the point
sending electronic messages through to another device.
Possible sources or providers for the utility service (public or private): This is
a basic requirement for any building at this point most if not all of telecommunication
techniques should be pre built in the building plan.
Transmission and/or distribution methods: Almost all americans are in
possession of some sort of Telecommunications and can easily get in contact with our
school.
Methods of measuring usage (if any): There is no form of measurement for
Telecommunications
Typical sizing requirements: It has no size requirement for
Telecommunications however a school should always be able to make contact with
multiple lines at a time.(no requirement for the amount)

6. Site Design and Improvement Standards provides information on utilities

Requirements for connection (i.e., are you required to connect to the city-
owned system or can you install a private system on-site?): When talking about a school
many of the utilities are off the campus of the school for it is not reliable to have them on
the campus. For instance all sources of power and water etcetera. There would be no
major utilities on the school grounds.
Requirements for aboveground or below ground installations: Energy and
communication utilities shall be installed underground
Minimum size of each utility service line, if applicable: Service lines are
relative to the size of the school and what the school needs as far as requirements for
the students and equipment.
Required spacing between utility lines, if applicable: I was not about to find
this after looking over the document many times therefore I believe that there is any.
Required location of service connection: All utilities should be located below
ground. If nothing else It can be on the first floor but never about the first.
Permit requirements: all require an Improvement Location Permit
Other required equipment, fittings, meters, etc.: None that we could find
