Title: Wild Animal Review & Zoo Creation Lesson #: 3

Lesson Objective/Rationale (What is the point of the lesson? What should leaners be able to
do at the end of the lesson?)
Students will continue to develop their understanding of the names of animals in French by
repeating the words orally and writing the English names beside the French names. Students
will be completing a summative assessment project to create a zoo with the French names of
animals they learned so far. By the end of the lesson students should have a solid recognition
of the French animal names.

Oral Production

Students will show participation in orally repeating the names of animals in French. Students
will be able to identify and write/label French animal names.

French animal names. Students can make the project as simple or complex to meet the
