I have joined the Team Which employed by Saud Consult Upon Selection done by
the University Management to perform the Project Supervision and Project
Management of UQU Campus (Makkah AL-mukarramah ) , Total Value of the
present projects inside this Campus exceeds 2000 millions (2 milliard SAR ) and will
increase according to future plan for next 10 years and 25 years.
The aim of adding this team to Saud Consult old Team is to develop the strategy of
management in order to avoid specification breach and quality enhancement .
Responsibilities:
1. Material submittal review and approval .
2. Shop drawing submittal review and approval .
3. Contractor clarification request (DCR) review and reply Technically.
4. Leading Saud Consult Field Team and follow up site activities ensuring complete contractor
commitment to Specifications ,Contract and technical comments on submittals .
5-Attend meetings with the owner for discussion of planning requirements and present university
needs for projects under construction .

1. Managing the Proposal and Procurement Team to create the new Projects quotations and to
Finalize the Material approvals and Suppliers Deals (for running Projects ) . .
2. Managing the Technical Office team for Evaluating Shop drawings for the Under
Construction Projects
3. Follow Up the Site Team to Ensure Site activity Progress and approve site needs Also follow
up Site technical Problems and support for solutions through Periodic Site Visits and
investigation of the executed works on site .
4.Attend the follow up meetings with the owner and consultant .
5. Attend negotiation meetings with Customers to achieve Final contracts and Variation orders .
6. Solve contractual problems with the under construction Projects.
7. Follow up the cash flow for the Projects and ensure the Payments Schedule and solve any
problems with the Customers If any .
8. Establish Long Term accounts with the suppliers of common resources to serve the financial
case of delay of Payments depending on History of good deals .and manage these accounts.
9. Share internally in Updating the Establishment management System and Follow Up of the
Customer Care Policy and ensure that staff achieve the customer satisfaction .

1- Pertro-Rabiegh ,ARAMCO-KSA the project include Low Voltage Building Installations ,
Low Current Installations ( PA, PG , FA, Tel ,Data , MATV and CCTV systems .
2- King Abdullah Air Defense Collage Stadium, In Taef , Ministry of Defense KSA the
project include low Voltage network , site and stadium lighting (Flood Lights and Lighting
Poles) and low current Systems .
3- Lenoture Restaurant Projects the Project includes Low Voltage network and Low Current
systems also wireless Lighting dimming control .
4- The 4.400 project ( General science Labs &Auditoriums ) King Abdulaziz university ,
Faculty of Engineering (The approved senior Elect. Engineer of the project ) . The project
Include Low Voltage System , all Low current and Data system , Building is controlled by BMS
system .
5- Low current installations ( First Fix ) in King Abdullah Palace in Riyadh .
6- Flood Lighting Control and Pole , King Abdullah Stadium (KAUST ) Thuwal .

1- ARAMCO MD ware House In Dammam , the project include Medium Voltage Network ,
Low Voltage Installations , Low current systems and stand-by supplies.
2- Bakie Tomb CCTV system in AL-Madina Al-Monawara.
3- Rehaimy Compound in Jeddah , Project includes Low Voltage installations and low current
Systems for 4- Villas with annexes and club houses .
4-Royal Commission housing in Yanbu , the project include low voltage distribution network ,
low voltage installations and low current systems (FA , Tel, MATV and CATV system)for
240 Villas
5- Saudi Chemical factory in Dammam , project include low voltage installations and low
current systems in addition of the Automation system installation for the production Line .
6- many other projects for many owners for both Governmental and private sectors
1.4 From September 2004 Till May 2006
As Consultant Representative Electrical Engineer , AL-Awael Engineering Consultants
office , in the Ministry of Education , Girls Div .
I Have managed successfully as a consultant Representative 18 girls Schools different types and
sizes in Qassim includes Low Voltage systems and Low Current Systems. In addition to install
CCTV system in1-Girls Collage and Fire alarm System in 49 old schools , also responsible of
bidding BOQ and Specs Preparations , Approval of material and contractors.

1.5 From July 2006 Till October 2006 :

I Introduced Design Service to AL-Kawther Industries Ltd, In the field of water treatment
plants , designing 1500 m3/day sea water treatment plant for Arabian Cement Company (ACC)
factory in Rabiegh , KSA , The Design include the sizing and selection of Electrical Equipment ,
Protection , Cables , Panels and Process Automation System automated By PLC and Managed by
SCADA system . Also administration of panel Manufacture and Pre-Site Commissioning.

2.About my work in Egypt:

2.1-During Study Till February 2002.
I worked about 3 years as a designer and a supervisor in the field of Interior Design . Notice that
the 3-years are discontinuous periods , cause, my study.
I have Experience Certificate for this period.
2.2- From February 2002Till September 2004.
I worked as Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Chairman Technical office Member at El-
Nasr Casting Company which produces ductile Iron pipes (range 100 to 1000 mm
diameters)and its accessories by the centrifugal casting technology , which utilizing Production

machines based mainly on Hydraulic system with Mansmann Rexroth oil hydraulic Devices
this System is Integrated with DC-Motor Drives Siemens Ranges up To 100 KW and whole
System is automated by PLC Siemens S5 , the pipe and metallic solution Transfer is done by
DEMAG cranes manual and automatic types about I am a technical office member beside my
work (chairman technical office),responsible of technical analysis of stoppage times in order to
improve the availability Giving Technical Solution and Plans for Troubleshooting any stoppage
by machine maintenance and spare part changing , or modifying circuitry without affecting
operation , adding new feature or part and /or upgrading of control Electronic Parts .

2.3- From August 2003 till October 2003.

I had unpaid holiday from El-Nasr Casting Company to be free for Planning for updating of
control system of planner and milling machine for big work pieces , The project include
Planning, Design , Selection, Installation , Calibration, Programming and Testing which all
under my supervision . The result is converting the machine system from Hard wired control to
the programmable logic control with the advantage the HMI ( Human Machine Interface )
system .and installing new drives to achieve quality of surfaces. The project succeeded to
achieve the quality and cost saving.
