Features
Mini CNC is a new revolutionary CNC profiling system from SEC. It combines powerful performance with
flexibility to deliver high productivity of ultra accurate shapes such as circles, rectangles, stars, hexagons or any
shape your creativity can conquer.

Mini CNC can profile cut any shape to your need. Just create an AutoCad drawing of the component to be cut on
your PC as a DXF file and get it nested in the nesting program, just transfer the G Code file from the PC to the
Mini CNC via the USB pen drive, the machine is ready for cutting , you will maximize the output and minimize the
wastage. The cut quality is just amazing, requires no grinding and after cut finishing in most of the jobs.

The Nesting software can create lead in and lead out lines automatically. Lead in options such as over burns and
micro joints can help produce parts of superior quality. You can also specify part rotation constraints to ensure
material grain alignment, and control mirroring of parts with a preferred side.

You can cut any Mild Steel and Low Alloy Carbon Steel thickness ranging from 5mm to 150mm.

It is very convenient to carry anywhere and it is very easy to operate , even unskilled welder with little training can
fluently operate the machine.
