Aditionaly Paige has not only served ona team of 10 staff members in Nation Hall, bbuthas been a vital aset asa leader and mentor to new RAs each ofthe lst two yeas. believe my supervision of Paige for nearly three years allows me to comment on her qualifications tobe conedered fora teaching position ‘Asan RA at PSU, Paige is excellent and performs consistently above and beyond expectations in many aspects of the postion, Paige is arguably one ofthe best RAS on campus a PSU. Paige has established and continues to develop postive relationships with the students who lve on he or. She has helped create an atmosphere of respect and community on her floor. She provides opportunities for recreational, social and cultural development for the students ving on her Noor and in the bulding. Adtional, Paige enforces Unversty policies, helps and lsten to students in need, and has excelled in responding to cri situations.
