Guidelines

Chanhassen Stormbots 2016

In order to maintain a consistent brand identity,

Chanhassen Stormbots have generated these
guidelines for logo usage.

1. Do not alter the logos described here without prior approval.

2. Do not reproduce the logo in colors other than those specified

in these guidelines.

3. Do not rotate the logo. Always keep the image upright.

4. No elements or parts of the logo artwork may be

recreated, reconfigured, cropped, deleted, or otherwise
altered.

5. All logo artwork files are provided as vector graphics as well

as raster graphics.

6. Never reproduce logo from printed material, always

reproduce directly from a digital file.

7. Always uniformly scale the Logo artwork to avoid

distortion of the artwork.

8. Using a vector file for reproduction provides an infinitely

scalable artwork, eliminating the concern for proper
resolution when replicating.

9. A minimum clear space must be maintained, as described

within this document, surrounding logo artwork.

10. Always chose the appropriate artwork from the options

described herein and place said artwork against a
background that ensures the best possible contrast.

Logo Use

This version of the Stormbots

logo. This is the logo that
should be used on team
apparel, and whenever
possible.

This logo is the same as the

main version the only
difference is that this iteration
Stormbots logo of the has a
Vegas gold background. This is
the logo that should be used
for any sort of profile picture.

This is the alternate version of

the Stormbots logo. The colors
are slightly altered so that it
will show up better against a
white backdrop. Whenever a
logo is required on a white or
light background this is the
version that should be used.

This variant of the logo is

completely black and white. If
for whatever reason our colored
logo is not accepted this is what
should be used in its place.

This is a single colored gold

outlined version of the
Stormbots logo. This is the logo
that should be used along with
our websites URL when
ordering Frisbees.

This is a single colored white

outlined version of the
Stormbots logo to be used on a
dark background. If the team
decides not to use gold for the
Frisbees this is an alternate
option. This can also be used if
a single colored grayscale logo
is needed.

This is a single colored black

outlined version of the
Stormbots logo to be used on a
dark background. If the team
decides not to use gold for the
Frisbees this is an alternate
option. This can also be used if
a single colored grayscale logo
is needed.

Clear space

A clear space, shown above as x, is required

in all uses of any logo unless approved by full
team.

Typography

Primary Font Quicksand

This is the font that should be used for all team
communications and documents.

Secondary Font Robofan Free

This font is used in our logo for writing Chanhassen and our team
number. The font should be used in any videos or other visual
mediums. When ordering Frisbees our team website should be
included using Robofan Free in a size 45 pt. font.

Font Substitutions
If for whatever reason one of these fonts isn't available for
use. Trebuchet MS or Arial should be used in their place.
