Consumption/ Dosage Recommended dosage 0.8-2.0% by weight of
cement. It is advisable to carry out trial mixes to
establish the correct dosage. Higher dosage can be
used depending on the mix design & concrete
requirement. A pre-trial to confirm the dosage
by the user is recommended.

Compatibility Chemrite AG 200 may be combined with many
other products particularly
- Chemrite Ferrogard 110
- Silica Fume
- Sulphate - resistant cement.
- Slag cement.

Trials must be performed before combining products in a

concrete mix.

Dispensing Chemrite AG 200 is added to the gauging water
at the plant or added on site into the concrete mixer.
Allow enough mixing time for the concrete to
achieve uniformity.

Application Method/ The standard rules of good concreting practice are

Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at
high temperatures in order to prevent plastic and
drying shrinkage. Use Chemsol curing agents
preferably.
