LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KHOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FREDERICK I. BARCELON, of legal age, born on the 19 th

day of March 1986, a citizen of the Philippines, married to SHIRLY B.
CARAMTO-BARCELON, and at present residing at Unit 22C, Tower
2, Two Towers Apartments, 120 M. Vicente Street, Barangay
Malamig, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, with sound and disposing
mind and memory, and without having been coerced, intimidated or
unduly influenced by anybody, hereby voluntarily execute and
proclaim this instrument as my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in
English, the language which I am well conversant, revoking and
annulling all my former wills made by me heretofore. And I hereby
declare that:

I. Should I finally rest in eternal peace, it is my wish and desire

that my funeral and internment be made in accordance with the
customs and traditions of the Roman Catholic Church and I be buried
at our family mausoleum in Hinunangan, Southern Leyte;

II. I shall leave my properties as follows:

A. Real Properties

A-1. To my beloved wife, SHIRLY B. CARAMTO-BARCELON, my

Necitas Universal Farm, situated at Purok Tal-ay, Barangay
Esperanza, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, Philippines, with an area of
about 14 hectares or about 140,000 square meters, more or less,
being used as a Coconut, Mango and Cacao Plantation, Poultry and
Swine Farm and a Shelter for the Homeless, covered by Tax
Declaration No. 12345 in my name and TCT No. T-12345, also in my
name;

A-2. To my children, VICENTE, ANGELITA, and SHIRLITA C.

BARCELON, in equal parts, I hereby bequeath my Rice Field situated
at Purok Tubod, Barangay Matin-aw, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte,
Philippines with an area of 10 hectares or about 100,000 square
meters, more or less, being used for agricultural purposes as a rice
field, and covered by Tax Declaration No. 12344 in my name and TCT
No. T 12344, also in my name;

A-3. To my oldest child, VICENTE C. BARCELON, who has taken

cared of me since my last illness, I hereby devise my Beach Front
property situated at Purok Harag, Barangay Tahusan, Hinunangan,
Southern Leyte, Philippines with an area of 1 hectare or 1,000 square
meters, more or less, being used as a Coconut Plantation, and
covered by Tax Declaration No. 12343 and TCT no. T-12343 in my
name;

A-4. To the manager of one of my properties, ENRIQUE K. GIL, who

has served me for more than ten (10) years, I hereby devise my
Cabanbanan Coconut Plantation situated at Purok Cabanbanan,
Barangay Matin-aw, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, Philippines with an
area of 2 hectares or 20,000 square meters, more or less, being used
as a coconut plantation, and covered by Tax Declaration No. 12342
and TCT No. T-12342 in my name; and

A-5. To my youngest child, SHIRLITA, I hereby devise our Familys

Ancestral Home located at Rizal Street, Barangay Poblacion,
Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, Philippines with an area of 70 square
meters, more or less, and covered by Tax Declaration No. 12341 and
TCT No. 12341 in my name.

B. Personal or Movable Properties

B-1. To my oldest child, VICENTE, a legacy of 2015 Honda Warrior

Motorcycle with Serial/Chassis No. KPH12-34A-567890 and plate No.
TP 1-2345-AB, registered in the Land Transportation Office in my
name;

B-2. To my middle child, ANGELITA, a legacy of a 13-horsepower

small fishing boat, with registration No. FMB-12345A;
B-3. To my beloved wife, SHIRLY, my time deposits in Banco de Oro,
with Bank Account No. 1234-567-890; and

B-4. To my illegitimate daughter, CLAUDINE N. BARCELON, a

legacy of 2012 Carbon Black Nissan Patrol Super Safari Motor
Vehicle with plate No. IYK-123 and Serial/Chassis No. KPH34-01K-
987654, registered in the Land Transportation Office in my name.

B-5. To my niece, NAPOLYN FERNANDEZ, who managed my

investments for more than ten (10) years and who I treated like my
own daughter, I bequeath all my shares at Philippine Long Distance
Telephone Company (PLDT) as a legacy.

III. In the event I die ahead of my wife, I hereby proclaim as my

wish that the above-mentioned disposition of my properties be
suspended until after her death so that my wife and widow shall have
full use and enjoyment of all the above-mentioned properties;
 IV. For the purpose of rendering this Last Will and Testament
effective through the proper proceeding in court, I hereby name and
constitute my wife as my executor and administrator of this Last Will
and Testament; and that in her incapacity, I hereby name as his
substitute, my lawyer, Atty. HANNA MALLARI;

V. The Executor and Administrator I hereby nominate need not

present any bond;

VI. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all other wills
or testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or
proclaimed preceding this Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this

WE, the undersigned witnesses, do hereby affirm that the

foregoing is the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of FREDERICK ITOM
BARCELON and we hereby certify:

That he executed the same while of sound and disposing mind

and memory; That he signed the same in our presence, at the bottom
of the last page and on the left hand margin of each and every page,
and we, at his behest, have signed hereunder and on the left hand
margin of each and every page, in his presence and in the presence
of Atty. Abegail P. Guardian, a Notary Public, this 13 th day of March
2017 at the City of Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines.

came and appeared FREDERICK I. BARCELON with Tax
Identification No. 245-678-134-000 issued on 01-21-09 at Quezon
City, known to me to be the same person who executed the foregoing
Last Will and Testament, which he executed and signed in the
presence of three (3) attesting witnesses, to wit: MARICEL LAXA with
Passport ID No. EC369976 issued at Pasay City on 01-15-16; COCO
MARTIN with SSS ID No. 04-1511167-8 issued at Quezon City on 05-
10-12; ANN CURTIS with TIN ID No. 243-684-128-000 issued at
Quezon City on 01-17-10; that all signed their names as proof of their
attestation on this page before the Testator FREDERICK I.
BARCELON and in the presence of each other and every one of
them, and they acknowledged the same to be their free and voluntary
act and deed.
This Last Will and Testament consists of Four (4) pages,
including this page on which the ratification and acknowledgement
are written.
