While working as a senior expert within the International Cooperation and European Integration

Department my work was mainly communication driven and oriented toward building
international relations, leveraging stakeholder's initiatives, developing foreign partnerships and
achieving results through institutional capacity building for efficient policy development and
promotion.

My current position holds me responsible for foreign assistance projects implementation within
the ICT sector and promotion of national telecommunications and information policies in
multilateral and international organization settings while engaging in advocacy directly with
counterparts in foreign governments and the European Union or by offering support to
negotiators and interagency delegations to the strategic international forums.
I am actively involved in fostering high-performing government projects and policy standards
dedicated to ICT society development by taking part in preparing, developing, coordinating,
executing and evaluating the programmes, actions and projects aimed to achieve the desired
institutional and legislative reforms.
