They were the best of cats.
Actually, they were not bad cats at all. You just forget what its like to have kittens around the house. And you soon realize youll no longer have to groan, once theyre fully grown into cats.
Their names were Rusty and Sparky.
Their story began in Tijuana, Mexico where they were left alone in an apartment after their owner moved away. There was no one home to take care of their needs. They would have to nurture each other. The owner that had abandoned them might not have been very nice, but he wasnt completely mean. He did leave them a huge fifty pound bad of cat food and a big bowl of water. Sparky chewed a hole in the bag. He was so hungry, he wanted to eat the whole sack of chow. Rusty was very sick as a kitten and didnt want to eat Every day they would wait and wait for their owner to too much. However, Sparky was not at all ill. In fact, for come home. They would always have wrestling matches while
their dad watched the Friday night fights. He never knew which one of the fellas won the battle. So, as Mr. Ochoa surveyed his messy kitchen and the boys with their tails tied into a knot. He said to himself, Theyre not bad boys. And whenever I pause to look at their paws and their sleepy little cat faces, Ill remember their humble beginnings and a tail of two kitties.
