Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by Lot 17, Blk. N-24, along line 2-3, by Lot 15, Blk. N-24, along line 3-
4, by Lot 20, Blk. N-24, along line 4-5, by Road Lot 23, and along line 5-1, by Lot 23, Blk. N-24, all of the
subdn. plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being N. 8 deg. 35W., 2033.24 m. from BLLM No.
7, Baguio City, thence S. 12 deg. 37 min. W., 15.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 12 deg. 37 min. W., 2.50 m. to
point 3; thence N. 77 deg. 23 min. W., 33.40 m. to point 4; thence N. 12 deg. 37 min. E., 17.50 m. to point
5; thence S. 77 deg. 23 min. E., 33.40 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED
EIGHTY FOUR SQUARE METERS AND FIFTY SQUARE DECIMETERS (584.5). All points referred to
are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. Mons. 15x60 cm., bearings true;
date of the original survey, Dec. 170 to June, 1971 and that of the subdivision survey on March 6, 2000
and approved on September 12, 2000.

NOEL B. ANICIETE, married to JUANA B. ANCIETE, Filipino, and residents of Baguio City.

It is further certified that said land was originally registered on the 16th day of December ,
in the year nineteen hundred and sevety one, in the Registration Book of the Register of Deeds of
Baguio City, Volume A-98 page 57, as Original Certificate of Title No. 656, pursuant to Decree
No. 20998 issued in LRC 12345 Record No. 2756 in the name of Abe Dumag.

This certificate is a transfer from Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4567898, which is
cancelled by virtue hereof in so far as the above- described land is concerned.
