organization no longer needs to invest funds to sustain the program. It is our goal that funds
generated through course registration fees will be capable of sustaining the running of the
disparities in health and promoting health equity within the next 3 years.

will enable us to develop the health leadership and integrated care curriculum by covering the
following costs:
Personnel/staffing- $150,00
Software and technological support- $50,000
Continuing education-$15,000
Project supplies and materials- $20,000
Marketing- $25,000
Indirect expenses- $50,000
Risks
The greatest risk associated with our business today is the potential barrier of user buy-in
due to lack of time investment for busy health practitioners. We feel we can overcome this risk
by providing technical assistance and opportunities for physical group accelerated training in a
condensed amount of time. Our biggest recognized opportunity is that this will be the first
program of its kind and use of the program will be facilitated by the increased need for
healthcare leaders- specifically nursing leaders, and the limited options for structured and self-
