Purpose
The Adobe Company want to gather ideas that the employees may want to share so the Adobe Kickbox
was designed to help their employees become more open with their ideas while bringing back creativity
within the company.
The Adobe Kickbox brought back creativity into the offices. This project provided the employees a better
way to bring forth their ideas in a healthy friendly environment with their ideas in a working prototype
rather than on proposal paper in their boss email inbox.
Highlights
Adobe sought to bring creativity and life back into their offices. Creating the Kickbox was a way to
motivate employees to start thinking outside the box. Giving their employees the necessities, including a
pre-paid $1,000 credit card, to start a prototype, Adobe is giving people chances that most people dont
have. After creating a prototype, the employee can go to other companies and present their idea. This idea
is a great way to get company employees to start getting creative and motivated while bringing profits to
the company.
