EPC 2903 Interview questions including PDP
goal

1. What is something you did this year that went better than
you thought it would?

controlling the student's behavior was a challenge for me


because in the lift semesters I faced a lot of difficulties on
that especially if the students were out of control and
hyperactive (How to manage behaviour in the classroom,
2017).

2. What has caused you the most stress this year?

As this semester was the first time to deal with special


need students so this was caused me the stress in the
classroom because dealing with special need student
specialty with autism student need a special care from me
from the educational side and the dealing. For example, if
I prepare an activity the autism student should have a
particular activity that corresponds on his disability (What
Is Autism, 2017).

3. What is one way that you grew professionally this year?

This year there are three of professional strategies that I


think it grew like show interest in students and subject by
listening to their answers and let them fell that interests
and appreciate their answers. And the other one is giving
the students enough time like doing the activities or giving
their answers. And the last one is focusing on my target in

the classroom and that will help me to use more strategies
extended plan or alternative.

4. Explain how you differentiated activities and supported


students this semester?

using different category of activities will help to improve


their level so am always tries to provide a difference level
of activities for them.

5. Which student in your class do you think showed the most


improvement? Why do you think this student did so well?

The student with specific learning disabilities as the


teacher was al the time ignore him because she thinks
that he will not improve so I believe that all the children
can improve so I deside to observe and follow him and
actually he improved because I give him a chance to try
and encourage him (Specific Learning Disabilities, 2013-
2016).

6. Who was your most challenging student? Why?

Student with intelligence disabilities he was all the time


participate and when he finish his work he ask me for
more work.

7. Describe the behavior management strategies you used


this year and their effectiveness.

I use the ticket box and how doing good will get it and
they were excited for that but there was one student he
thinks that this is silly so he keeps miss behavior.

8. What was the biggest mistake you made this year? How
can you avoid making the same mistake in the future?
When I was preparing the worksheets activity and in each group
including a difference levels of students so I give that the
worksheets based on their level.So as in one group will have
difference activity so I face a problem on that they angry and ask me
for the activity like the other level student activity.

9. Describe the progress that you made towards your PDP


goal and show evidence to support this.

Show intrest for all the students and eyes contact with
them, for example, I showed interest with all students when
they answer or participate in the class like while am read
the story there was on student so interest so I try all the
time to not ignore him.
