The Issue:
People with disabilities who are equally qualified to do a job as able bodied people are being
overlooked in the hiring process based on their disability.

Ideal State:
People with disabilities are equally sought out, considered, and represented in positions in the
workplace for which they are equally as qualified as those who are considered able-bodied or
neurotypical.
