CHECK CUSTOMER DRAWING, CONTROL PLAN, CUSTOMER ORDER AND CUSTOMER


SCHEDULE

USE CALIBRATED INSTRUMENT FOR CHECKING THE PRODUCT PARAMETERS


REFERRED IN DRAWING/CONTROL PLAN.

CHECK PRODUCT PARAMETERS USING CALIBRATED INSTRUMENTS.

CHECK SURFACE FINISH REQUIREMENTS

CHECK PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING LABELING, MARKING


REQUIREMENTS

CHECK PRE-DISPTACH INSPECTION REPORTS

CHECK RAW MATERIAL QUALITY REQUIREMENTS AND ITS FULFILMENT VIDE


MATERIAL TEST CERTIFICATES AND RAW MATERIAL INWARD INSPECTION
