direction(s)/career paths and/or options they may have or be interested in or not even be aware of

and the education behind the basics of each company.

A good process to follow is Maslows Hierarchy of Basic needs. Once you are at the peak of the

pyramid, you should feel you have reached your full protentional. Please review link for further

1. Owner
BIO Hi my name is Vin Kurelaitis and I am the Owner and CEO of a fire alarm
company called Advancedtronics, Inc. I have been a Business owner since 1985. I was born in
Kaunas Lithuania in 1941 and came to America with my mother when I was almost 8 years old.
We moved to Connecticut where I met my wide Lynn. In 1981 We moved our family to Sugar
Land TX and I was employed with a fire alarm company. Once I realized the extremely high
demand for the fire alarm industry, I decided to enroll in community college night classes to
receive my associates degree. I saved 6 moths of salary and started my own business. To start
your own business, you must be confident, well educated in the industry an products you will be
providing your customers. I am currently holding the highest Fire Alarm License available in the
industry. Owning a business requires you to employ competent personnel in several
departments. The main departs are (1) operations, (2) accounting/bookkeeping/administrative,
(3) field technicians (4) CPA Certified Public Accountant
2. Operations Manager
Bio My name is David Callomon and I have been employed with Advancedtronics
since 1988. I began my employment as a fire alarm technician assistant pulling wire and testing
buildings and was offered several opportunities to go to fire alarm conventions all over the
country to learn about new products for the company to become a dealer of the higher end fire
alarm devices as well as multiple fire alarm classes given by NICET (National Institute
certification in Engineering Technologies) to further my fire alarm certifications and move up to
the operations manager as I am required to know the ins and outs of all fire alarm systems. I am
also responsible to keep open communication with all employees, customers, the CEO and the
administrative department. The operations department is responsible for the entire companys
operations.

started off as a file clerk and worked my way up to bookkeeper, office manager, Human

taken a few business and accounting courses since 1992 to further my education and am
currently enrolled in school to end up with an MBA.

programming, electrician, etc.
5. CPA
Hi my name is Bob Cooper and I have been a friend of Vin Kurelaitis and the companys
CPA since 1988. Schooling to become a CPA is a very involved and at times tedious project but
if it is interesting to an individual, I strongly suggest it. I went to school for 7 years and passed
my final on the 1st try. It was difficult but focusing on your future and the steps to take for
complete success is required.
