I am writing this letter to express my support for Sarah Vinluan in her application in obtaining
this position. I have worked with Sarah as her supervisor in our After School Care (ASC)
Program at Sacred Hearts Academy during our Summer Program (2016) and into the current
school year (2016 2017).

I have truly enjoyed working with Sarah and am happy to be able to offer this recommendation. I
have great respect for her as an individual, a student, and as a professional and am confident that
she is deserving of this position. Sarah has made a great addition to our team, working well with
other After School Care staff members, as well as engaging with and supporting the education of
our Lower School students.

Throughout her employment with Sacred Hearts Academys ASC Program, Sarah has worked as
an After School Care Teacher with students ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Our ASC
Program provides supervision for our Lower School students through various enrichment and
extracurricular activities as well as additional academic help, organized group activities, and
ample amounts of outdoor, physical activity.

Sarah has been an employee that has led by example and is a great model for her peers and her
students. She has been extremely reliable, flexible, and is a motivated employee. Most
importantly, Sarah has the amazing ability to connect with her students and their parents. I
cannot think of anyone more deserving of this opportunity and I support her application.
